Ottmoviapp Terms of Use

Ottmoviapp provides a personalized subscription service that allows our members to access Films, Short Films, Web Series and TV shows ("Content") streamed over the Internet to certain Internet-connected devices ("ottmoviapp ready devices"). These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms of Use, "ottmoviapp service", "our service" or "the service" means the personalized service provided by ottmoviapp for discovering and watching ottmoviapp content, including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, the website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service.

The content on ottmoviapp and all copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names and all other intellectual property rights therein are owned by ottmoviapp and/or its licensors or group companies and are protected by applicable Indian and international copyright and other intellectual property laws.

1. Age

Unless otherwise specified, ottmoviapp is available for individuals who have attained the age of majority in their jurisdiction. In India, Users below the age of 18 are considered minors. By using ottmoviapp, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, or have obtained parental/guardian consent if under 18. SOME CONTENT MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR MINORS; PARENTAL GUIDANCE IS ADVISED.

2. Personal Use

The ottmoviapp service and any content viewed through the service are for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not share content outside your household. Misuse may lead to termination of services. You agree not to transmit viruses, worms, or any malicious code.

3. Geographical Condition

Ottmoviapp is available only in select countries. You are responsible for access based on your location. Subscription is valid only for the territory of your subscription.

4. Membership

You are responsible for maintaining your Device and Internet connection to access ottmoviapp. You must keep the application updated to ensure compatibility. Ottmoviapp is not responsible for defective downloads or corrupted files.

5. Registration

To register, provide accurate information and create a username and password. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account. Sharing credentials with children or third parties is prohibited.

6. Billing and Account Information

By subscribing, you authorize ottmoviapp to charge your selected Payment Method for subscription fees, additional services, and applicable taxes. You must provide accurate account information and update it as needed.

7. Subscription

To view Premium Content, users must subscribe to a Plan. Ottmoviapp reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, subscription plans, or fees at its discretion.

8. Payment Gateway

Users must provide valid Payment Methods. Ottmoviapp is not responsible for payment gateway issues or third-party transaction disputes. Payments are non-refundable.

9. No Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of usage.

10. Account Access

The account owner is responsible for all activity on the account and ottmoviapp ready devices. Notify ottmoviapp immediately in case of unauthorized access.

11. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account via Settings → Profile → Delete Account. OTP verification is required. Deletion requests can be withdrawn within 24 hours.

12. Availability & Quality

Content availability and streaming quality may vary. You are responsible for internet charges and connection speed.

13. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses

Users must not copy, share, rent, or exploit ottmoviapp content unlawfully. Prohibited uses include unauthorized software, hacking, malware distribution, or harassment of other users.

14. Warranties and Limitations on Liability

Ottmoviapp is provided "as is" without warranties. The company is not liable for damages from using the service, third-party tools, or content inaccuracies.

15. Third-Party Links

Third-party links may exist on the service. Ottmoviapp is not responsible for external content, products, or services.

16. User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

By submitting content, you grant ottmoviapp the right to use, edit, and publish it. Submissions must not violate rights of others or contain malicious content.

17. Changes to Terms of Service

Ottmoviapp reserves the right to update terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

18. Privacy Policy

Submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

19. Relationship

The user is not a legal representative, partner, or agent of ottmoviapp.

20. Notices

All communications should be sent to info@ottmovieapp.com.

21. Termination

Membership continues until terminated. No refunds are given upon suspension or termination.

22. Copyright Infringement Notification

Copyright complaints can be sent to ottmoviapp at their Mumbai office with required information per law.

23. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Ottmoviapp reserves the right to correct errors or update information without prior notice.

24. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ottmoviapp and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the service.

25. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining provisions remain valid.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between You and ottmoviapp.
